This website https://fineshot.in/ , which is also referred to as "Fineshot," "the Company," "we," "us," and "our," as well as its related mobile applications ("Apps"), are owned and operated by WHITEKEY TECHNOWARE. The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the Site and Apps. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not use the Site or the Apps.

For these terms and conditions of use, "you," "your," or "user" shall refer to any individual or entity, whether natural or legal, who (a) has consented to join the Site and Apps by opening an account on the Site or through the Apps; or (b) is merely browsing the Site and/or Apps, as appropriate.

ACCOUNT CREATION

To access various services and restricted areas on the Site and Apps, you can apply to create an account. By applying to register for an account, you represent and warrant that any information you supply, both now and in the future, is accurate and that you will maintain the correctness of such information. The Company retains the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse the registration of an account for any reason.

If you choose a password or receive any other login information to access your account, you must treat it as secret information and not divulge it to or make it available to any third parties as part of our security procedures. ELIGIBILITY

For users to begin participating in contests at Fineshot, they must be older than 18 years old.

The Challenge(s) are only open to people who are residents of India at the time of passage. Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh residents are now ineligible to participate in the Challenge's paid edition. Participation in skill-based games that require payment to enter is prohibited in these states.

ACCESS OF THE SITE AND APPS

By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use, you are granting the Company permission to use the Site and Apps solely for your own personal, noncommercial purposes and in the manner permitted by them.

The Site and the Apps allow you to post and distribute links, images, texts, and other content from the Site and Apps with the proper link-back. On social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Pinterest, links, images, texts, and other content from the Site and Apps can be shared without link-backs.

PROHIBITIONS

While using the Site and the Apps, you accept and understand that you will:

• Unless specifically authorized by us, refrain from editing or changing any information from the Site or the Apps, including any code or software, and do not reproduce, republish, upload, download, post, transmit, or distribute in any way;

• Adhere to any content standards we may from time to time issue, and do not download any file published on a forum by another member that you know, or should know, cannot be transferred lawfully in this way.

You attest that any information you post to forums is legitimate for you to upload and make public. Any user content you post is your responsibility and could result in removal or legal action, depending on the situation. You understand and agree that the Company may disclose or preserve user content as may be required by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

1. Conform to legal requirements or comply with the legal process.
2. Respond to claims that any user content violates the rights of third parties.
3. Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company, other users, or the public.

Additionally, we have the right to delete your account and deny you access to the Site and Apps.

In any Forum, private communications are not permitted. The Company does not endorse the chats, postings, conferences, or other communications of other users, and it has not reviewed, screened, or approved any of these materials. The Company reserves the right to remove any user-posted content from the Forums at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to message board postings, comments under articles, and blog posts.

WITHDRAWALS 

In the event that your withdrawal request is completed a few days after the submission date, please check the registered email address that you supplied at registration for any emails from Fineshot. If it is determined that a user has broken the Fair Play Terms, which are available under "Fair Play," their withdrawal requests will be suspended, or they will be forbidden from playing on Fineshot in the future.

They will have their withdrawal requests halted, and their names will be added to the blacklist. Let's imagine that Fineshot decides, in its exclusive and unfettered discretion, to process a user's withdrawal request once the user agrees to adhere to the Fair Play Terms. In such cases, such withdrawals would take 5-7 business days.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Site and Apps are owned by the Company (or its licensors, if applicable) including their designs and information and content. It should be noted that nothing in these terms and conditions of use should be understood as transferring or assigning any ownership rights or interests in these rights to you.

SWEEPSTAKES, CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS

These terms and conditions do not apply to raffles, contests, or other promotions offered by the Company on the website and/or Apps or for which you may receive emails from time to time. You agree to follow the official rules of a sweepstakes, game, or other similar event when you enter. Although, as long as they don't violate the official terms and conditions of use, you must follow them.

Users can pay for things using any of the following methods:

The User agrees and accepts that all details and rules about paying with Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Cards ("Virtual Payment Mode") will be governed by different arrangements/terms and conditions between the User and the relevant banks. Depending on where you reside, you may be able to enforce your consumer protection rights in relation to these terms and conditions.
